The aim of the project is to reduce the amount of manual, routine and health-burdening work in a low-temperature environment by introducing automation into the existing production of FROST a.s. Prešov. The project will introduce an innovative process for packing frozen bakery products, palletising the distribution packs of Frost a.s. Prešov products, and automatically transferring completed pallets within the palletising warehouse.

The subject of the project is the procurement and introduction of innovative technology into existing production, with the aim of robotising and automating the packing, handling and storage of frozen bakery products at FROST a.s. Prešov.

By procuring and introducing the above technological equipment into existing production, the company will modernise and innovate its technological and production equipment to make the production process more efficient – automating and robotising the packing and palletising of processed agricultural products. Introducing and applying intelligent technologies will make it possible to monitor changes in the quantitative attributes of the company's own food products during packing and the subsequent palletising of cardboard boxes for dispatch. The digital system of the procured intelligent technologies will make it possible to track error rates and process efficiency and to plan overall production precisely across the packing and handling processes for frozen bakery products.

The project focuses exclusively on investments contributing to a resilient, sustainable and digital economic recovery, specifically on digitalisation and robotisation in the processing of agricultural products.

The aim of the project is to achieve higher efficiency, capacity and greener production of frozen bakery products at FROST a.s. Prešov by introducing innovative product-freezing technology. The project will introduce an innovative and environmentally friendly process for freezing bakery products using the latest non-toxic medium, which significantly reduces the environmental burden in terms of global warming.

The subject of the project is the procurement and installation of freezing equipment for filled bakery products using a natural, non-toxic medium, which will replace the existing outdated freezing equipment whose environmental burden in terms of emissions and impact on global warming is 700 times higher.

By procuring and introducing the above technological equipment into existing production, the company will modernise and innovate its technological and production equipment to make the production process for processed agricultural products greener.
