Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of production and resolving operational issues
- Training new employees in production processes and procedures
- Overseeing new employees and monitoring task completion
- Controlling critical points and ensuring compliance with technological procedures
- Quality control of all line workers
- Monitoring raw material and packaging supply procedures including incoming and inter-operational checks
- Ensuring workplace sanitation in cooperation with shift leader
- 12-hour shifts (06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00)
Requirements
Education
- Secondary with diploma
- Post-secondary/higher vocational education
- Bachelor's degree
- Field: food production quality bakery industry

Experience in production management position
