Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production line and equipment
- Dough preparation mixing and ingredient weighing
- Handling raw materials and semi-finished products including packaging
- Product quality control and packaging of finished products
- 12-hour shifts (06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00)
Requirements
Education
- Secondary with diploma
- Post-secondary/higher vocational education
- Field: food production bakery industry
Experience
Bakery production experience preferred
