Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining production technology procedures
- Introducing new production technologies into the manufacturing process
- Optimizing production processes and proposing improvements
- Checking the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products
- Providing expert support for supplier, customer and other complaint resolution
- Searching for suitable raw-material suppliers and defining raw-material specifications
- Preparing product samples based on sales requirements and own initiative
- Securing materials for sample production and preparing raw-material cost calculations
- Monitoring bakery product trends and identifying products with sales potential
- Cooperating with supplier technologists and independent technologists on new product development
- Training employees and cooperating with technical and sales teams

Requirements
Education
- Secondary education with diploma
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
- Field: chemical-technological, technical specialization or food industry
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; this role is not intended for graduates
